Vidur Dayal
Founder and CEO
Vidur is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's activities including deal origination, structuring, execution of transactions and client relationship management.
He is an investment banker with over 20 years of experience in international financial markets including London, New York & Hong Kong. He spent several years in Emerging Markets with HSBC in London.
He is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Shamli Prakash
Co-Founder
Shamli is responsible for business development and works closely on transactions from the stage of inception to final closure.
She has extensive experience in Management and Operational Consulting across a spectrum of industries including banking, financial services, BPO and education. She has spent multiple years in US, UK and India working with clients to drive process transformations and create strategic plans.
She is an Economics graduate from SRCC and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
